We also offer convenient payment options through the Quality Dental Plan. The Quality Dental Plan is a dental savings plan for both new and existing patients in our practice. Insurance benefits are determined by your employer and not your dentist. Any deductible or estimated co-payment amount will be due at the time of treatment.
